The Accredit Resource Centre is designed to provide clients with a complete self-service support option. You can get information from the knowledge base guides or videos. If you can't find an answer, you can submit a request to an member of the team.
The Resource Centre consist of categories, sections, and articles. Articles are grouped in sections, and sections are grouped in categories.
To get around the resource centre, you can use search or browse categories and sections. You can use breadcrumbs to go home or to a parent section or category. You can also click on the promoted articles. You can subscribe to sections or articles so that you're notified when somebody creates an article or comments on an article.
You can also edit your Resource Centre profile from any Help Centre page to change your description by clicking your user profile icon in the top-right corner, then clicking Edit my Profile. From here you will be able to update your Name, Avatar, Email address and phone number.
