Resetting Locked Group Accounts


If a Responsible Organisation Manager has entered incorrect login credentials for their Account portal 3 times the system will lock their account. The account can only be unlocked/reset by an Accreditation Administrator within Accredit.

Resetting locked Responsible Organisations can be carried out within the Manage RO area. 

Select Manage RO in your main toolbar and search for your Responsible Organisation. Once found, select the dropdown option on the left and click Edit.


Once here, go to Account Managers and use either button to reset the password to the account manager. 


Once the password has been reset - your Responsible Organisation will be unlocked.
