How to update photos

An Accreditation Administrator or an Group Account Manager can manually update the photo attached to a contact record.

By going into the user profile in the Manage Contacts screen then selecting edit on the far left of the screen, then select the documents tab, you will see an option to 'edit photo' where you can crop and rotate the photo. To actually replace the photo, click on the contacts photo and there will appear an option to upload a new photo.
