Accreditation documents can be individually verified if required by the events team or security services, (note if digital copies are captured). This verification can apply to passport and visa documents and any other documents such as media supporting documents. Often this is more advisory and forms the basis of the decision to approve or reject the application as a whole but it can be used to block further actions if needed.
Configurations can be enabled to block a main application or event application from approval (therefore also printed) unless all documents have been approved. When a document is approved the approval is stored within the Audit trail.
The registration forms included in the Accredit Platform have a number of default document options that you can include or bespoke questions relating to specific documents can be added during setup.
