Inviting Group Account Managers

Responsible Organisation Managers need to be provided with their user credentials to access their Accreditation Portals. This is a manual step which can take place after the Responsible Organisation Manager record has been created.

• Within Manage RO, search for the Responsible Organisation Account you wish to email and click on Edit.
  
  
  
  
• With the Responsible Organisation management page, click on the Account Managers tab and use the Send Login Info button.
  
  
  
• The system will confirm that the email has been sent.
