If you have forgotten the password to your Accredit account you can get a reset email sent you by clicking on the Forgot Password option on the main logon screen. You will then be required to enter your Username. This will typically be your email address. Once entered you will be sent a Reset email within a couple of minutes. Clicking on link provided in the email will enable you to create a new Password.
The Username to your Accredit Account will typically be your email address. If it is not and you have forgotten your Username then you will have to contact your System Administrator who will be able to look up your account and provide you with your Username.
