The Accredit Help Centre is designed to provide a complete self-service support option for our clients. The Help Centre is made up of two parts: a knowledge base and a community. You can search for knowledge base articles to learn a task; answer a query or search the community and ask fellow clients questions. If you can't find an answer, they can submit a support request.
You have your own profile which will provide you with information on previous and current support requests and any articles you have read or liked on the Help Centre.
