For certain events or job roles, physical passes may not be necessary or practical, particularly when logistical constraints make the distribution and collection of these passes challenging. Additionally, with the increasing emphasis on sustainability and environmental responsibility, there is a growing need for solutions that minimise the reliance on physical materials without compromising security or efficiency.
The E-Pass Module offers a streamlined, digital approach to event access management, enabling the deployment, management, and customisation of digital passes through the Accredit platform. E-Passes can be instantly delivered electronically, seamlessly integrating with existing access control systems. The Accredit E-Pass can be used in conjunction with physical passes for added versatility, or for an added layer of security for event such as access from a perimeter area to the event accreditation centre to collect the physical pass or just as an alternative to reduce reliance on physical passes altogether.
FEATURES
Secure Distribution
Attendees receive a secure download link via email for their pass, with options to download as a PDF or the option to download to Apple or Google Wallets. Rules can be set for pass usage, including one-time downloads.
Configurable Passes
Create and manage digital passes tailored to specific roles, venues, or events. Include attendee photos, names, roles, and event details on the pass.
Custom Designs
Design passes with specific branding and configuration for different events, roles or functions.
Access Control Integration
E-passes can be fully integrated to any existing access control solution or scanned Accredit’s own access control mobile application.
Upgrading to Access Additional Features and Modules
If you are attempting to access a feature or module within the Accredit System and find that it is unavailable, this may be because it is not included in your current subscription package. Certain features and modules are considered add-ons and require an upgrade to your agreement.
